Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Basic Access
Basic is a three-month access pass for the RoleProof web workflow: cloud-saved resume matching, resume export, job alerts, Career Coach results, and application tracking. Career Coach Credits granted with a purchase remain associated with the account, but using paid Coach features requires active paid access. Pricing and feature availability may change for future purchases.
Cancellation
- If a recurring billing option is shown at checkout in the future, users can cancel future renewals through the billing management flow when Stripe billing is available for the account.
- Basic access stays available until the end of the current paid access period unless the payment is refunded or reversed.
- If payment infrastructure is unavailable or misconfigured, contact support for manual assistance.
Refunds
- Basic purchases are generally non-refundable once Career Coach Credits are used, AI results are generated, or resume exports are downloaded.
- We may review refunds for duplicate charges, accidental purchases with no credits used, proven inability to access the product, service issues we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, or cases where a refund is required by law.
- We do not provide refunds because a user did not receive interviews, job offers, employer replies, or a specific employment outcome.
- Free previews, job counts, and recommendation quality can vary because official job sources change independently of RoleProof.
- Unused Career Coach Credits remain associated with the account for future access, subject to the account's paid-access requirements and current product terms.
- Refund requests must include the account email, payment date, and reason for review.
